Springs and accessories (Series 43)

Compression springs are mechanical parts made from rectangular steel wire, designed to withstand axial compression. The rectangular wire is optimized for fatigue resistance, even under heavy loads.

Thanks to their standardized dimensions , helical compression springs are widely used in press tools (cutting, stamping, forming), plastic injection molds, or as mechanical locking systems on reciprocating machine tools.

Emile Maurin offers a wide range of ISO 10243 springs , allowing you to choose from several load classes for the same diameter, depending on the application requirements. The range is complemented by a selection of elastomer springs, washers, retaining screws, and guide pins to enhance the reliability of your tools. [ Read more ]
How to choose the right compression spring ?

To select a suitable spring, define the required load (expressed in newtons or kgf) and the necessary stroke, i.e., the permissible deformation without exceeding the compression limits.

Emile Maurin offers a wide range of helical compression springs in 4 resistance forces according to ISO 10243 , color-coded: yellow, blue, red, green, and 1 special extra-light force: purple.

- Lengths : 25 to 305 mm
- Outside diameters : Ø10 to 63 mm
- Permanent stock for all strengths

Each spring comes with a detailed technical data sheet: free length, maximum compression length, nominal force, tolerances, recommendations for use, and estimated life cycles.

The advantages of the Emile Maurin range :

Durability & precision : High yield strength steel springs, heat treated.
Operating temperature: Use up to 250°C , depending on the selected force.
ISO 10243 standardization : Standardized dimensions for easy interchangeability and integration.
Consistent quality : Strict compliance with dimensional tolerances and guaranteed mechanical properties.
