Handwheels (Series 13)

Handwheels (Series 13)

Emile Maurin handwheels provide precise manual control of rotating mechanical components, such as adjustment axes, positioning systems, and opening and closing devices. They ensure precise control, smooth adjustment , and excellent ergonomics in many sectors : industrial machinery, lifting equipment, clamping systems , positioning tables , and mechanical control devices.

Their circular design allows for even distribution of force, improved stability during rotation, and increased safety for the operator thanks to a continuous and balanced grip. Handwheels are available in cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel, technopolymer, and plastic, and comply with ISO 286 and DIN 6885 standards . [ Read more ]
Overview of the Emile Maurin range of handwheel :

- Arm handwheels : Designed for applications requiring significant maneuvering effort, arm handwheels (usually with 2 or 3 arms) allow high torque to be applied while maintaining good precision. They are ideal for adjusting heavy machinery or systems requiring increased rotational force.
- Solid handwheels : More compact and ergonomic, solid handwheels are recommended for fine adjustment operations or maneuvers requiring continuous and smooth rotation.
- Handwheel accessories : A wide selection of accessories complements the handwheels: Plain bearing clutch, Needle bearing clutch, and Handwheel cover.

Advantages of the handwheel range :

- Versatility : meets the adjustment, control, or positioning needs of various industrial equipment.
- Ergonomics and precision : ensures a comfortable grip and smooth control of movements.
- Strength and reliability : robust materials (cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel, technopolymer) ensure durability and safety in use.
- Universal compatibility : compliant with DIN 950, ISO 286 , and DIN 6885 standards for optimal interchangeability.
