Clamping clamps , also known as mechanical clamps , operate on the principle of locking by means of a toggle mechanism. Once the lever has passed the dead center, the clamp locks securely. Clamps ensure the positioning, clamping, and securing of workpieces on a frame.
Thanks to their wide opening, clamping clamps allow the workpiece to be quickly released when open. By amplifying the force applied, clamps generate powerful clamping with minimal effort. Their robustness guarantees secure holding: vibrations during machining cannot cause them to open unintentionally under any circumstances. [ Read more ]

Emile Maurin clamping clamps
The range of mechanical clamps offers a long service life thanks to large stainless steel rivets and cemented and greased joint rings during assembly. The high-quality steel used also guarantees durability.
The clamping clamps are modifiable and/or upgradeable: they can be combined with a lifting beam, an extension arm, or an adjustable force clamping screw. Versions with safety handles are also available to enhance the protection of assemblies and operators.
The clamping screw, made of treated steel or stainless steel, is height-adjustable and fitted with an oil-resistant rubber tip. It is held in place by a slightly flared arm, preventing any risk of accidental release.
For optimal user comfort, the clamps are equipped with an ergonomic bi-material handle.
Emile Maurin offers a range of clamping clamps adapted to the specific constraints of each environment: black anti-reflective zinc-plated for optical measurement of parts and also used in high-brightness areas, ESD for environments sensitive to electrostatic discharge, ergonomic to prevent MSDs in production, and compact for minimal space requirements, etc.
